Privacy notice

What we collect through the forms on this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

AuMillions runs this website and decides how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the controller under UK data protection law. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

  • Technical data your browser sends when it loads a page: your IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, and your browser and device type.
  • A count of visits to each page. It is made without cookies and without your IP address.
  • What you type into a form on this site: usually your name, email address and message. The application form also asks whether you are 18 or over and, if you are not, for a parent or guardian's name and email address.

Why we use it

  • To serve the pages, keep the site secure and find faults, for our legitimate interests.
  • To see which pages are read, so that we can improve the site, for our legitimate interests.
  • To reply to you and take the steps you ask for, such as considering an application. If you say you are under 18 we write to your parent or guardian before we go further, and we use their details for that and for nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our platform provider hosts this site and its data for us and acts only on our instructions. What you send through a form goes to the team and is kept in our inbox on the platform.

This site does not set cookies that need your permission. Read the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short time to keep the site secure, then deleted. Applications and requests are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them, and then for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete your data where we have no good reason to keep it, to stop or limit how we use it, or to give you your data in a form you can move. Use the contact form and we will answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put it right first.

Children

If you are under 13, ask a parent or carer before you send us any details. If a child has sent us personal data without a parent knowing, contact us and we will delete it.

We update this page when what we do with personal data changes.
